Core Responsibilities

·                     EVM Process Oversight    Monitor CAM and RTE execution of earned‑value tasks (EAC updates, variance reporting, data entry).   Flag gaps or delays, chase required information, and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.   Coordinate with Integrated Program Team Members (ITPMs) to keep tool data current.

·                     Supply‑Chain Liaison    Partner directly with Supply‑Chain Managers for monthly supplier‑invoice validation, staffing updates, and PO maintenance.   Ensure all supplier data is accurately reflected in EVM tools and program baselines.

·                     Professional Services & Procurement Support    Perform price analysis and develop cost‑justified recommendations for professional‑services engagements.   Prepare, document, and place Purchase Orders (POs) against approved Statements of Work (SOW).   Reconcile supplier invoices, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely payment processing.   Coordinate additions, deletions, or modifications to SOWs for suppliers.   Work with Program leads and other business areas on supplier‑ and procurement‑related matters.   Serve as the subject‑matter expert (SME) for supply‑chain processes, advising both internal teams and external suppliers.

·                     Category Management Collaboration    Work directly with Global Supply‑Chain Category Managers to manage supplier relationships, performance, and compliance.   Align supplier activities with contractual guardrails and SOW requirements.

·                     Data & Analytics    Conduct advanced Excel analyses to identify trends, anomalies, and overdue actions.   Assist with Tableau dashboards analysis to visualize CAM/RTE performance and procurement metrics.

·                     Process Improvement & Documentation    Capture best‑practice procedures for CAM/RTE oversight, supplier invoice reconciliation, and PO lifecycle.   Recommend enhancements to EVM tools and procurement workflows.

·                     Leadership & Communication    Act as the escalation point when CAM, RTE, or supplier deliverables are at risk.   Foster collaboration across engineering, supply‑chain, finance, and program teams.
