You will be the Administrative Assistant Specialist for the Sensors & Gloabl Susteainment (S&GS) Vice President of Strategy & Business Development (S&BD) team. Our team is responsible for supporting senior leadership, managing schedules, travel, expense reporting, and office operations.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Administrative Assistant Specialist you will be responsible for providing high‑impact administrative support to the Vice President of Strategy & Business Development and other senior leaders. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: - Manage meeting schedules and coordinate appointments. - Arrange domestic and international travel reservations. - Prepare and process expense reports and event registrations. - Create presentations, track open items, and streamline office activities. - Serve as the first point of contact for executives, communicating with personnel, clients, and government agencies.

Basic Qualifications
- Prior experience as an administrative assistant supporting executive – level management.
- Advanced computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office suite,
- Effective time management skills,
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills,
- Ability to multi-task while quickly adjusting to changing priorities.
- Prior experience with making/changing domestic and international travel, meeting arrangements, and expense reports is needed.
- Must have attention to detail, ability to maintain confidentiality, and exceptional interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to deal with executive level contacts both within and outside of Lockheed Martin.
- Must have the ability to obtain a Secret clearance

- Active Secret clearance
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $60300.00 - $112100.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
