You will be the Administrative Assistant Specialist for Camden Operations.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Administrative Assistant Specialist you will be responsible for providing high‑quality administrative support to senior leadership, ensuring seamless office operations and facilitating effective communication.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate conferences.
- Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, and memoranda.
- Oversee travel arrangements, expense reporting, and related logistics.
- Guide and mentor junior secretarial staff in daily tasks.
- Maintain organized filing systems and handle confidential information with discretion.

Basic Qualifications
• Experience managing calendars, arranging agendas, compiling content, and/or facilitating meetings or events.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Experience with Concur (or similar travel system), coordinating complex travel arrangements and reconciling expense reports

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $54300.00 - $100900.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
