THE WORK
- The metrology lab administrative support role includes financial tracking of calibration and repair services, managing purchases via P‑Card, and reconciling monthly P2P transactions.
- Tracks and reports calibration and repair activities for both internal and external customers
- Use of Indysoft software to monitor and route calibrated assets.
- The role also coordinates service requests by communicating with customers, vendors, and other metrology laboratories.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain accurate records in calibration databases and related systems.

Basic Qualifications
- Microsoft Office (Power Point, Word, Excel)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of preparing clear documentation, correspondence, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Understanding of quality management principles (ISO 9001, AS9100, or equivalent) and the importance of traceability and documentation in a calibration lab setting.
Desired Skills
- -Experience with Indysoft calibration management software.
- Experience in a technical role
- Customer service experience in an ISO 17025 accredited laboratory
- Experience working with a Metrology Calibration Recall database such as IndySoft
- Excellent communication skills - both oral and written
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work independently and take direction from Manager and/or section lead
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $50300.00 - $93300.00

- Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
