You will be the Multifunctional Quality Supervisor - Fabrication for the Quality Assurance team. Our team is responsible for delivering consistent, high‑quality fabrication outcomes and ensuring compliance with all contractual and internal standards.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Multifunctional Quality Supervisor - Fabrication you will be responsible for leading the fabrication inspection group at the Archbald facility. You will coordinate recruitment, selection, and training of staff, assess performance, manage compensation and disciplinary actions, and allocate resources to maintain an effective business rhythm.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Manage the fabrication inspection group and oversee daily quality activities.
- Coordinate recruitment, training, performance assessment, and employee recognition.
- Ensure implementation of quality requirements, metrics programs, and risk‑opportunity management.
- Maintain cost commitments, financial responsibilities, and product acceptance processes.
- Drive continuous improvement of the quality management system within the area of responsibility.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of professional experience, 3 years of professional experience with a related Master’s degree; or equivalent work experience.
Experience with SAP/Apriso or equivalent ERP or MRP systems.
Must be able to read blueprint, work instructions and interpret engineering drawing.
Experience working successfully in a team environment and/or interacting with Customers/DCMA.
Must be able to support a flexible work schedule supporting overtime, off-Fridays, weekends, and/or alternate shifts to support product schedules as required.
Must be able to pass visual acuity and color perception exam.
Must be able to obtain a Government Secret security clearance.
US Citizen.
Desired Skills
- Familiarity with AS9100, ISO9001 and NQA-1/10CFR50 Appendix B and/or auditing experience with these standards.
- Demonstrates strong understanding of fabrication manufacturing and inspection processes
- Experience with root cause analysis and evaluations.
- Experience with reviewing/analyzing various data sources and making data-driven decisions (e.g. manpower, capacity planning, schedule, metrics).
- Experience with data applications/reporting (e.g. Tableau, CORA, OHI, ODIN).
- Experience in Quality, Engineering or Production Operations or previous leadership experience.
- Experience with Material Review Board (MRB) and disposition of nonconformances.
- Experience writing technical reports.
- Certified Green Belt or experience with lean manufacturing.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $76700.00 - $142500.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
