You will be the Financial Management Sr for the Program Finance Team. Our team is responsible for financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting across multiple contracts.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Financial Management Sr you will be responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting, driving variance analysis, and supporting program financial performance throughout the contract lifecycle.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Perform financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting for one or more contracts.
- Consolidate and report Orders, Sales, EBIT, Cash, and ROS for monthly, quarterly, and year‑end cycles.
- Conduct variance analysis, identify risks/opportunities, and develop mitigation plans.
- Ensure compliance with FAR, CAS, and US GAAP while maintaining audit‑ready records.
- Partner with Program Management, Contracts, and functional leads to support budgets and forecasts.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or other Business-related field
Microsoft Excel experience such as developing Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, and Navigating large data sets
Must be a U.S. Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance.
Desired Skills
Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) experience.
Familiarity with Systems, Applications, Products Software (SAP), and PowerBI.
Familiarity with Hyperion/Accounting Data Analysis and Reporting (ADAR).
Experience in developing program budgets and Estimates at Completion.
Familiarity with cost/reporting systems similar to CostView, Deltek Cobra and Cost Point.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a collaborative and team-based environment.
Active DoD Secret clearance.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $72500.00 - $134600.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
