The Global Supply Chain Manager for the PAC‑3 MSE Missile & Launcher programs within Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) will own the end‑to‑end supply‑chain function with direct material responsibility exceeding $100 M, driving on‑time, high‑quality delivery to the shop floor while supporting accelerated munitions production; this role will devise and implement strategies for second‑sourcing, tooling upgrades, capacity expansion, and SAP enhancements to improve purchase‑order processing and delivery performance, lead a multidisciplinary team of Global Supply Chain analysts, and serve as the primary liaison to senior subcontractor management, internal functional leaders (engineering, manufacturing, quality, finance), program‑office personnel, and external consulting firms; responsibilities include generating KPI dashboards and status reports for program leadership, ensuring compliance with quality and contractual obligations, and championing continuous‑improvement initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma and advanced ERP analytics. This position offers the opportunity to shape a critcial program during a pivotal growth phase. 

Basic Qualifications

  • Education: A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Supply‑Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent professional experience combined with specialized training pertinent to the role.
  • Leadership Capability: Full‑spectrum leadership- ability to lead, delegate, motivate, and coach individual contributors within a team environment.
  • Security Clearance: Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Secret (or higher) clearance.

Desired Skills

  • Supply‑Chain Expertise: 10 + years of experience in supply‑chain, procurement, or a closely related discipline.
  • SAP Proficiency: Hands‑on experience with SAP MM, PP, and SCM modules, including MRP/ERP functionalities.
  • Large‑Scale BOM Management: Demonstrated ability to manage procurement for a Bill of Materials of 2,500 + parts in a PP&C or Global Supply‑Chain environment.
  • Acquisition & SAP/P2P Knowledge: Working familiarity with Lockheed Martin Acquisition Procedures (LMAP) and SAP / Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) processes.
  • Training & Coaching: Proven track record of onboarding, training, and mentoring new team members, fostering skill development and knowledge transfer.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Strong social acumen; adept at building trusted relationships across engineering, manufacturing, finance, quality, and external partners.
  • Communication & Negotiation: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; skilled at influencing stakeholders and negotiating favorable terms.
  • Risk Management: Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate supply‑chain risks proactively.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $129000.00 - $239600.00
