Standard Job Description
You will be the Procurement Engineering Asc Mgr for the Procurement Engineering team. Our team is responsible for coordinating sourcing, operations, design engineering, the supply base and industry experts to facilitate the design, production, test and qualification of aerospace and defense products.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Procurement Engineering Asc Mgr you will be responsible for leading a high‑impact procurement engineering function.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee recruitment, selection, training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary administration, and recognition/disciplinary actions for the team.
- Direct analysis of technical data, engineering designs, specifications, manufacturing limitations, supplier facilities, and parts/equipment availability.
- Manage technical trade‑offs and standardization initiatives to achieve more economical procurement.
- Lead design changes and drive solutions in producibility, quality, inspection, cost, mistake‑proofing, test, reliability and affordability.

Basic Qualifications
Team and project leadership experience.
Experience leading teams to successfully execute challenging projects with significant impact.
Experience coaching teammates to help identify production bottlenecks and issues and develop robust and sustainable solutions.
Experience developing standard work for a new process and optimizing the execution and governance.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00
