You will be the Subcontract Administration Sr for the Subcontract Administration Team. Our team is responsible for developing and managing subcontract specifications, bid packages, and contract administration to support global sustainment.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Subcontract Administration Sr you will be responsible for leading the creation and execution of subcontract packages, coordinating with contracts and purchasing, and ensuring compliance with policy.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms for specialized materials and services.
- Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders' conferences, and evaluate proposals.
- Negotiate subcontract provisions, awards, and modifications.
- Collaborate with contracts administration and purchasing to shape subcontract policies.
- Authorize supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
Five years of professional experience in Purchasing, Expediting, Subcontract Management, Material Management, Planning, or a related supply chain discipline.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Experience using SAP or a similar Enterprise Resource Planning system.
Desired Skills
Experience supporting supply chain execution in a high-rate aerospace, defense, or complex manufacturing environment.
Previous experience leading an IST, PST, IPT, or similar cross-functional team.
Experience managing material shortages, supplier recovery plans, and schedule risks.
Working knowledge of SAP purchase requisitions, purchase orders, promise dates, material requirements, and reporting.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable recovery plans.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $72500.00 - $134600.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
