You will be the Subcontract Program Management Sr Mgr for the Global Supply Chain Business Strategy team. Our team is responsible for leading the development and execution of business strategies that optimize supply chain performance.

 

What You Will Be Doing
As the Subcontract Program Management Sr Mgr you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of business strategies that optimize supply chain performance, drive sales growth, and ensure long-term sustainability.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Developing and executing business strategy for supply chain, including proposal strategy, sales, cost account management, and affordability
  • Creating and executing proposal strategies that result in executable contracts with strategic vision for supply chain resilience
  • Developing affordability strategies that meet customer requirements and ensure long-term sustainability
  • Forecasting and meeting sales commitments
  • Collaborating with cross‑functional teams, including program management, engineering, quality, and operations

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance. A company‑sponsored interim Secret clearance is required to start.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing business strategies for supply chain management, including proposal strategy, sales, and affordability.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading teams of program managers and subcontract administrators.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers, suppliers, and partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Experience with people leadership, business management, supply chain management, and/or proposal management.

Desired Skills

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Experience with missile systems or defense industry 
  • Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS).
  • CAM certified

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $158700.00 - $294700.00

  • For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
