You will be the Subcontract Program Management Sr Mgr for the Supply Chain Program Management team. Our team is responsible for delivering end‑to‑end hardware solutions that meet program schedules, cost targets, and performance requirements.

 

What You Will Be Doing
As the Subcontract Program Management Sr Mgr you will be responsible for driving supplier strategy, aligning program needs with supplier capabilities, and ensuring a seamless transition from development to production.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead sourcing of major suppliers.
  • Align program requirements with supplier capabilities to meet schedule and cost goals.
  • Identify and implement recurring cost‑reduction opportunities.
  • Develop and execute multi‑year sourcing strategies for primary and secondary sources.
  • Mitigate obsolescence risks and support transition from development to production.

Basic Qualifications

• Production program experience in aerospace/defense
• Strong team leadership track record
• Proven ability to influence cross functional teams
• Strong negotiation experience
• Experience with design-to-cost, lean manufacturing, or design-for-manufacturability initiatives
• Background in supplier production activities
• Experience integrating second-sources into the programs
• Exposure to complex, multi-tier global supply chains

Desired Skills

  • Demonstrated history of talent development
  • Army or MDA program experience
  • Missile/Interceptor experience
  • Working knowledge of Lockheed Martin acquisition procedures
  • Working relationships and experience managing current MFC critical commodity suppliers

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $158700.00 - $294700.00
