Standard Job Description
Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Assembler Sr Spec ensures that manufacturing goals are met safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards while driving continuous improvement and fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Assist with leading the Team – Direct, coach, and develop assemblers
- Production Execution – Coordinate with the supervisor to balance workloads and monitor line performance to achieve daily output targets and on‑time delivery.
- Quality Assurance – Ensure assemblers are working to the highest quality standards by leading and training them in best practices
- Process Improvement – Identify bottlenecks, reduce waste, improve cycle time, and participate/lead process improvements in PMT
Basic Qualifications
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
- Minimum of 2-3 years manufacturing and or production experience
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Desired Skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability relay technical information to various levels of management.
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Experience leading a team to meet operational goals and/or resolve technical issues
- Experience identifying non-conformances in parts, equipment, or processes in order to determine root cause of problems and potential corrective action
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $51300.00 - $95300.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
