Standard Job Description
The candidate for this role will be responsible for helping lead the strategic and finacial analysis, project management and communications efforts for Lockheed Martin's M&A activities. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
– Provide detailed financial models on prospective Mergers and Acquisition (M&A) targets
– Conduct research and analysis in support of the initial screening and qualification of M&A candidates
– Support M&A transaction as needed including assisting with due diligence activity
– Develop reports, analysis, and presentations on both the Corporation's M&A activity as well as on M&A activity within the Aerospace / Defense industry.
Candidate for this position should be able to work both independently and in teams.
Basic Qualifications
– Experience developing and applying financial models and using financial theory with a Bachelor's degree in a Financial discipline and commensurate work experience.
– Experience in investing or similar financial transactional or industry experience
– Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel and PowerPoint, and financial research tools such as CapIQ
– Effective communication skills
Desired Skills
– 5-7+ years work experience
-Master's or MBA
– Strong familiarity with financial statements, investment analysis, and valuation metholdologies
– Defense / Aerospace industry experience
– M&A experience
– Strong verbal and written communication skills
– Effective organizational skills and attention to detail
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $118000.00 - $219100.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
