Standard Job Description
Performs and oversees a variety of facilities tasks to maintain a clean & safe building and grounds. Paint and repair walls & floors, repair & seal ESD flooring, hang signs, curtains, banners, flags and plastic, set up for events (internal & external), Install & disassemble cubicle & office furniture, pressure wash, polish & seal concrete, paint building infrstructure as needed, perform janitorial tasks as needed. Coordinates the construction, installation or rearrangement of equipment and building facilities and/or equipment and machinery maintenance for assigned area. Maintains contact with and directs contractor representatives and assists in resolving discrepancies in design specifications. Verifies labor expended and materials used and inspects projects for conformance to engineering standards and codes, building techniques and safety practices. Estimates percent completion of projects and advises designated individuals of cost status.
Basic Qualifications
-U.S. Citizen
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Must be able to use various chemicals with use of appropriate PPE
-Basic carpentry skills
-Must be able to be on your feet at least 80% of the scheduled shift
-This job will require lifting of up to 50 pounds
-Ability to operate industrial cleaning & lifting equipment
-Must possess a valid drivers license
-Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance

Ability to work under minimum supervision
Ability to follow directions so work is done as efficiently as possible
Flexibility in work schedule to support LM Commitments (company sponsored events and production support)
Experience in floor coatings and polishing
Experience painting
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $37700.00 - $69900.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
