As the Manufacturing Planner Supervisor, you will lead the Production Planning & Control (PP&C) team supporting Camden production operations. This role is responsible for ensuring effective planning, scheduling, material readiness, and system execution to meet program commitments.
You will oversee day-to-day operations while driving accountability, team development, and continuous improvement across planning and production support functions.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and supervise the Production Planning & Control team, providing daily direction, prioritization, and performance oversight
• Oversee Manufacturing Planning/Scheduling, Production Support, Product Support, and Production Systems execution
• Ensure material and schedule readiness to support on-time production and delivery commitments
• Remove operational roadblocks and resolve production, system, and material issues impacting execution
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through PMTs and cross-functional collaboration
• Serve as the primary interface between PP&C, Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Program leadership
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to build functional expertise and bench strength
• Monitor key metrics (schedule adherence, shortages, inventory accuracy, system performance) and implement corrective actions
• Communicate risks, priorities, and status effectively to site and program leadership
• Make timely decisions and operate independently in a fast-paced production environment
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
• 1+ years of experience leading teams, projects, or functional workstreams
• Experience working within ERP/MRP systems (SAP or comparable manufacturing systems)
• Ability to prioritize multiple activities and make decisions in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interface with all levels of the organization
• Ability to work full-time onsite in Camden
Desired Skills
• Experience leading a Production Planning & Control, Scheduling, or Materials Management team
• Advanced knowledge of SAP S/4, Apriso, Windchill, or similar ERP/MES systems
• Experience supporting live production environments where material or schedule delays directly impact output
• Demonstrated ownership of schedule performance, material readiness, or inventory accuracy metrics
• Experience leading continuous improvement or process optimization initiatives
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Program Management
• Experience coaching, mentoring, or developing employees
• Familiarity with regulated manufacturing environments
• Exposure to digital transformation or system implementations (e.g., 1LMX or ERP upgrades)
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $65200.00 - $121200.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
