Location: This position does not support teleworking; you will be located near our Lockheed Martin Space facility in: Cape Canaveral FL and be expected to work a flexible 9x80.

What does this role look like?

The FBM Program is experiencing significant growth, and we need your expertise to deliver amazing new technologies to our customers while maintaining the technical requirements of the strategic deterrence.

The Multifunctional Engineering & Science Asc Mgr is a leadership role supporting the LE2EGSE team supporting the FBM program.  You will lead the electrical and software engineering teams developing automated test systems that verify flight hardware for the U.S. Navy’s ballistic‑missile flight‑test fleet. 

 

Key activities you will accomplish in this role:

Communicate technical status and issues internally to program leadership, technical leadership and functional leadership as well as externally to the customer.

Conducting personnel management for a portion of the LE2 EGSE team.

Manages the design and development of a System Test Console and the Pad Launch Equipment for LE2.

Coordinate scope and dependencies across multiple Integrated Product Team (IPTs) in support of Pad Launch Development efforts.

 

To be effective in this role, you will need:

Experience in both design and test of electrical hardware

5+ years of professional experience for this role.

You will need to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret Clearance, thus US Citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college in Engineering, computer science or related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.

Demonstrated experience in working on or leading multifunctional teams

Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00
