Lockheed Martin Space in Cape Canaveral, FL seeks a full-time, level 1 Program Planner to join the FBM program. As a Program Planner, you will be responsible for supporting Weapons System Infrastructure and Capabilities Project Managers in developing and maintaining comprehensive Military Construction schedules and supporting the FBM Capability Definition and Solutions organization PMs to develop program plans and schedules. In this role, you will:

 

• Support the preparation, execution, and maintenance of new or existing planning products

• Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) leveraging the Program Summary Master Schedules (PSMS)

• Support Earned Value Managament (EVM) complient schedule development and maintenance

• Identify Critical/Driving Paths, performing probabilistic/deterministic risk analysis, and developing corrective actions

• Provide the program with time-phased critical path predictive analysis and actionable planning data, and provide recommended solutions to programmatic execution conflicts

Basic Qualifications

• Data analysis experience

• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint

• Must be a US Citizen and have the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance

Desired Skills

  • Active Secret security clearance.
  • Experience analyzing data.
  • Familiarity with a scheduling tool such as MS Project or Open Plan Professional.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Presentation experience.
  • Familiarity with formulas, macros, pivot tables in excel.
  • Familiarity with Tableau or Power Query
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving abilities
  • Experiences achieving team-oriented objectives

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $49500.00 - $91900.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
