Lockheed Martin is actively seeking an office coordinator to support the information technology arm of our Space business area’s unclassified & classified programs, located in our Cape Canaveral, Florida, US offices. Primary job responsibilities include, but are not limited to customer relationship management, vendor relationship management, financial forecasting, asset and inventory management, computer incident oversight, service request fulfillment, supply chain coordination, information technology audit coordination, raw data analysis using Microsoft Excel, and shipping & receiving tracking.

This is a non-telecommuting position that requires you to be on-site full time and includes some off shift work with occasional weekend activities. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and will need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information, including obtaining and maintaining Secret clearance. Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Basic Qualifications
- This position requires the ability to obtain a DOD Secret clearance, and maintain it throughout the life span of the position
- US Citizenship required for access to the work facility
- Experience in customer relationship management
- Demostrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Experience coordinating with vendors, carriers, and suppliers regarding purchase orders and shipments
- Ability to move, stack and install physical equipment by lifting up to 40 lbs
Desired Skills
- Bachelor of Science degree from accredited University
- Active DOD Secret clearance (investigation within the last 5 years)
- Current DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II or III certification (i.e., Security+, CASP, CISSP)
- Experience supporting United States Government classified environments
- Experience with financial analysis, estimating, and forecasting
- Experience using the Microsoft Windows 11 operating system and a variety of computer peripherals
- Experience designing and delivering training sessions, workshops, and job-aid materials
- Experience developing and maintaining knowledge-based articles that are searchable
- Experience leading process improvement initiatives to identify inefficiencies, streamline workflows, and implement best practices
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $70500.00 - $130900.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
