• Ability and willingness to engage with LM Aero senior leadership as required in the pursuit of new business
• Recent exposure to capture experience in Sales or Business Development for DOD & International programs is a plus
• Familiarity with the life cycle of a business opportunity - from market development to program implementation desired
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing business environment and priorities
• Additional team building skills are essential in keeping diverse individuals focused on the overarching business objective
• Ability to grasp and communicate technology concepts and their value, and ability to keep team focused on business objectives
• Experience working with U.S. Military in sales or marketing
• Final Secret Clearance
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
