Standard Job Description

Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.

Basic Qualifications

  • Ability to draft, distribute, and communicate concise status updates and briefing packages to leadership and partners.
  • Ability to maintain an action‑item register, prioritize tasks, and drive mitigation of identified risks.
  • Experience in coordinating secure meeting spaces and equipment for classified reviews and demos.
  • Ability to update the Integrated Master Schedule, monitor critical milestones, and flag schedule slippage early.
  • Experience in working with engineering leads to translate requirements into realistic schedule and resource plans.
  • Support program start up activities and lead key IRAD and strategic investments.
  • Support product line integration and planning for development of CIQ Product Center core and mission apps

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $70500.00 - $130900.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
