Key Duties & Responsibilities
As an Analyst, you will work within a production / manufacturing environment processing Conformance Verifications and data validations ensuring compliance. Ensures that performance and products conform to established company and regulatory standards interfacing with manufacturing and engineering. Reviews, analyzes and reports on quality discrepancies. Processes final data acceptance and entry to support in delivery of products. This position be supporting the build and testing of ordnance devices on-site full time in Courtland, AL.
Basic Qualifications
- Experience in QMS (e.g., AS9100)
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, processes and best practices
- Proficient Computer/MS Office skills/look up specifications/military standards
- Effective written and communication skills
- Can work independently/self-motivated
- Demonstrate attention to detail
- High School degree or equivalent
- Ability to obtain/maintain Secret security clearance
Desired Skills
- Ordnance experience
- Knowledge of SAP or other ERP software
- VECAMS / Apriso experience
- Strong problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work at all levels of the organization to analyze data and communicate findings to multi-functional stakeholders
- Experience supporting test and/or product acceptance
- 2+ years of related experience specifically in Quality / Production / Engineering / Manufacturing environment
- Degree within a STEM field (Engineering preferred) or equivalent experience/combined education
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $59900.00 - $111300.00

- Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
