Key Duties & Responsibilities
This exciting role is to work on the Ordnance Environmental Test Team in Courtland, AL. We support FBM and THAAD Programs doing an array of testing. Testing includes: Temperature and Humidity Testing, Shock and Vibration Testing, Function Testing.
Performs a variety of duties in the electronic, mechanical, electromechanical work. Constructs, troubleshoots, adjusts, tests, diagnoses, and maintains test equipment, components, devices, or systems. Works from schematics, engineering drawings and written or verbal instructions. Operates related equipment; conducts tests and reports data in prescribed format. Makes adjustments, modifications, and replacements as directed.
Basic Qualifications
- Basic use of hand tools
- Knowledge in electrical repair
- Ability to follow detailed test procedures
- Ability to work in a Team
- Ability to follow Test Engineers directives
- Ability to interperet Engineering Drawings and schematics
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Ability to Learn/Adapt in a fast moving environment
Desired Skills
- Previous work with Ordnance
- Previous Mechanical background
- Shock and Vibration Experience

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $50300.00 - $93300.00

- Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
