Standard Job Description

You will be the Second Shift Multi-Functonal Manufacturing Supervisor for tie Spedal Operations Forces — Global Logistics Support Services (SOFGLSS) team. Our team is responsible for delivering world-class logistics, maintenance, and sustainment services to U.S. Special Operations Command.

Manages more than one functional area Of manufacturing, such as machining, assembly, tool and die, packaging. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience in aircraft structural manufacturing, maintenance, modification, repair, an/or depot/overhaul operations.

• Must be able to independently lead a team to meet critical schedules and resolve complex and/or time sensitive technical or opa-ational issues.

• Must have experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, test procedures, and technical specifications.

• Experience utilizing earned value metrics to drive manufacturing performance.

• Experience with requirernents and compliance to AS9100 and DCMA 8210

• Must possess excdlent verbal and written communication skills.

• SAP ERP and MS Offce proficiency (Excel, project, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).

• MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance. 

Desired Skills

 5+ years G 130 structural manufacturing, maintenance, modification, and/or depot/overhaul experience.

• Experience in a union environment, working with Labor Relations and HR teams.

• Strong leadership and coaching skills to support employee devebpment and engagement 

• Demonstrates Full Spectrum Leadership behaviors.

• Ability to work any shift as required, induding weekend rotations and overtime. 

• Ability to build effective relationships with employees, peers, and other stakeholders

• Experience leading a team and tracking performance to quality, schedule, and cost

• Possesses functional understanding of LSS and Continuous Improvement Operabons.

• Possesses compliance-based mindset. 

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $65200.00 - $121200.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
