THE WORK
In support of the Sikorsky Line of Business and Connecticut Facilities, oversee the management of the Customer Center and perform a variety of activities in support of its operation, as well as Facilities-related planning and coordination.
Customer Center activities include support of onsite events involving room and parking reservation, form and visitor signage preparation, conference and meeting room readiness, customer event and tour preparation and meal coordination. Provide liaison with Facilities, IT, Security, Operations, and Protocol team members to ensure high-level visit actions and AV requirements are fully supported.
Facilities planning and coordination activities include procurement of supplies, signage, and nameplates, utilization of LM Buildings for hoteling reservations and data collection, creating Facilities Work Requests for maintenance issues, and providing support for project management.

Standard Job Description: Performs a variety of activities for one of the following areas: facilities and property administration, office planning, corporate leasing or real estate coordination. Works closely with and/or provides advice and counsel to company and/or vendor representatives coordinating major facility constructions or modifications or leasing and real estate activities.

Basic Qualifications

- 1+ years of professional work experience required. Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred.

- Experience managing oversight and/or preparation of reports, event calendars, visitor information, and other related documents

- Ability to communicate and coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure event plans are finalized

- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams

Desired Skills

- Experience with corporate event planning

 

- Basic knowledge of SAP for creating and tracking Purchase Requests and Purchase Orders preferred 

- Basic knowledge of LM Buildings for creating and tracking Facilities Work Requests, hoteling bookings, and project status preferred

- Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with high-level management, customers and employees

- A team player who is willing to work in a creative, fast-paced atmosphere

- Strong adaptability skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $67400.00 - $125200.00

  • For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
