Standard Job Description
- Must be extremely detail oriented and a strong communicator!
- Experience as a scrum master driving a software development team.
- Competent with Atlassian tool suite (Confluence, Jira, Gliffy).
- Experience creating and maintaining dashboards, sprint boards, backlogs, and related documentation.
- Experience mapping initiatives, epics, and stories to sprints and sprint plans.
- Working knowledge of engineering products such as:
- Context – Containers – Components – Code (C4) diagrams or similar, and
- interface documents, and context diagrams.
- Hands on experience tracing functional requirements to stories, epics, use cases, and feature maps.
- Experience working with customers and collaborating with demanding technical managers.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, plus 5 years of experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of experience; or equivalent experience/combined education.
- An active Top Secret clearance with polygraph (CI poly within 7 years).
Desired Skills
- Certified Scrum Master
- SAFe Certification
- Understanding of Amazon Web Services (AWS) architectures, concepts, and services.
- Understanding of basic web service or microservice concepts.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $135700.00 - $251900.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
