Lockheed Martin is Canada Inc. (Lockheed Martin)'s most successful Combat System Integrator (CSI) specializing in large, sophisticated integration projects. We take advantage of advanced engineering practices and modern technologies to design, develop and integrate combat systems.  The successful candidate will contribute to the Lockheed Martin Integration Test and Evaluation (IT&E) team on the CMS-M program as follows:

•    Development and/or review of shipboard/Shore-based Test and Trials (T&T); including Set-To-Work (STW), Integration Testing, Harbour Acceptance Trials (HATs), Sea Acceptance Trials (SATs), and Operational T&E
•    Develop and execute tests to verify the functionality of the integrated software
•    Document results in the Test Management System
•    Managing defects reporting and documentation
•    Support in Test Report reviews to include data collection analysis results and report findings as necessary to key stakeholders
•    Support in managing and planning the identification and resolution of Combat System integration issues so that priority defects are corrected to meet testing schedules

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with professional experience will be considered or military/civilian technical training with 1-5 years of professional experience. Must be willing to support schedule environment including evenings and weekends as required
• Must have an aptitude for solving challenging problems in a team environment
• Must have a high degree of initiative and autonomy.
• Must be able to obtain a North Atlantic Treaty Organization Secret security Clearance in a timely manner
• Have a high degree of initiative and autonomy

Desired Skills

• Experience in Combat Management System 330 (CMS 330) operation is considered an asset
• Familiarity with IBM Dynamic Object-Oriented Requirements System (DOORS) is considered an asset
• Familiarity with networks and networking tools is considered an asset
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology is considered an asset
• Familiarity with software development and test
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
• Familiarity with Linux
• Familiarity with JIRA / Confluence 
• Familiarity with Scheduling
• Active security clearance is considered an asset
