Standard Job Description
Lockheed Data Analytics and AI Enablement team is seeking a platform administrator primarily for the Alteryx (ETL) tool administration. The team supports data platforms and tools for all the Lockheed business areas (namely Aero, RMS, Space and MFC). Ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of hands on experience and skills for Alteryx platform which is mission critical and supports many ETL jobs for various business areas. The job requires experience with managing servers and infrastructure in AWS, architectural understanding of how the platform works, different services of the platform. Even though this is not a developer role, the administrator should also have capability to use the Alteryx Designer and create ETL workflows at short notice. Primary function of the adminstator is user administation, sustain, upgrades, patching, ensure regular backups, troubleshooting and maintaining the platform in a healthy state with 24x7 monitoring. The adminstrator will also resolve platform related tickets submited by end users. Collaboration with stakeholders, architects and Agile Scrum masters is expected.
Basic Qualifications
• Mininum 6 year experience as Alteryx administrator.
• Experience of building/deploying and sustaining platforms in AWS
• Knowledge and experience of Git/Gitlab/GitHub, version control, delivering CI/CD and DevOps capabilities in a data environment
• SQL and/or Python knowledge, knowledge of connectors (ODBC, JDBC) and REST API.
• A strong understanding of data modelling, data structures, databases, and ETL processes
• Strong experience in Agile methodologies. Experience delivering in an agile environment
• Stakeholder management and communication skills, including prioritizing, problem solving and interpersonal relationship building
• Strong Experience with Data Lakes, Data warehouses, data analytics tools desired.

* Linux/Unix and Windows or application administration skillset
* AWS cloud experience with core services - S3, IAM, Lambda, EMR, EC2, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, CloudTrail
* Spark SQL, Pyspark, Airflow, SSIS, Nifi, other cloud ETL.
* Presto, Trino query engines* Core Java, Python programming skills
* Experience with containerized platform administration like OpenShift, Kubernetes highly desired.
Pay Information
GeoZone Definition: GeoZones are geographic groupings created by Lockheed Martin to align compensation ranges with regional labor markets and cost-of-labor differences across the United States. Locations are assigned a Geo Zone based on the primary work location of the role.
- Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 1): $106600.00 - $198000.00
- Includes metropolitan areas such as Sunnyvale CA; Pal Alto, CA; New York City metropolitan area; Newark, New Jersey; etc.
- Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 2): $95900.00 - $178100.00
- Includes metropolitan areas such as Denver, CO; King of Prussia, PA; Stratford, CT; Moorestown, NJ; etc.
- Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 3): $85300.00 - $158300.00
- Includes metropolitan areas such as Dallas–Fort Worth, TX; Orlando, FL; Grand Prairie, TX; Marietta, GA; etc.
- Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 4): $76700.00 - $142500.00
- Includes metropolitan areas such as Camden, AR; Lexington, KY; Lufkin, TX; etc.
