Basic Qualifications
- Proven experience in formal and/or informal team leadership and the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Demonstrated experience working in Agile teams leveraging Scrum, Kanban or other methodologies and/or understanding of Agile development concepts
- Full Spectrum Leadership behavior, attitude, and perspective.
- Active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance
Desired Skills
- Experience in Agile using Agile tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Version One, etc.)
- Experience with cloud native technologies and standards around container orchestration, package management, admission control, logging and monitoring, and traffic observability
- Experience leveraging automation to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines efficiently. Familiar with tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, and automated security testing tools.
- Familiarity with Government DevSecOps initiatives
- Comfortable working with different customers in varying work environments
- Certifications in Cyber Security and Cloud Native Technology
- Experience with HADES
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $135700.00 - $251900.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
