Basic Qualifications
• Associates degree in related discipline or equivalent experience, and/or technical training. Completed coursework towards a related degree may be considered.
• Active or Current Secret Security Clearance
• Eligibility to obtain a DoD Top Secret Security Clearance

- Experience on aerospace or defense programs (DoD, NASA, etc.)
- Desire to continually learn, ambition to proactively address challenges, and aspiration to work in a diverse team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to adjust to a variety of audiences.
- Good presentation skills; must be able to present clearly and concisely on a weekly basis to management and customers.
- Proficient with using the Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Basic understanding of STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) principles as well as the ability to interpret, generate, and present technical material and problem solve.
- Exposure to project management tools (MS Project, Microsoft Excel, Primavera, Jira)
- Active or Current DoD Top Secret Security Clearance
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $54200.00 - $100600.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
