We have an immediate opportunity in our Englewood , CO location for a level 3 Program Planner to join our mission on the FBM. As our Program Planner, you will support the Program Planning organization through providing functional support of Life Extension 2 Program in support of program execution planning activities. To be successful, you must have a strong background in program planning as it relates to the development and management of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and its alignment with industry standards for program performance management compliance.
In this role, you will...
- Partner with Program & Senior Management to drive cost, schedule, and technical performance by facilitating integration across all functions.
- Be responsible for developing compliant Integrated Program Schedules which accurately validate the flow, budget, and resources required to execute contractual scope and overarching program strategy.
- Provide the program with time-phased critical path predictive analysis and actionable planning data, and develops recommended solutions to programmatic execution conflicts.
- Ensure all commitments are tracked, monitored and statused.
- Prepare/coordinate the development of planning artifacts for solicitation response.
- Interface with program management, senior management and the customer as the programs planning integrator.
- Ensure vertical and horizontal integration, and cost/schedule integration between all schedules and other program artifacts.
- Devise modeling and measuring techniques to integrate risks and opportunities with schedule and cost baseline, and to perform schedule risk assessments.
- Utilize performance and health metrics analyses to drive actions resulting in improved program performance.

Basic Qualifications
• Experience with planning/scheduling tools (e.g. MS Project, Open Plan, P6, etc.)
• Experience developing the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
• Familiarity with planning/ scheduling on programs requiring EVMS
• US Citizenship is required with the ability to obtain a Secret government security clearance
Desired Skills
• Active Secret security clearance
• Open Plan Professional and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with OnePager Pro or Milestones Pro
• Some experience with Data-Driven Metric compliance requirements and surveillance
• Experience resource loading labor hours preferred
• Some experience in the application of integrated cost/ schedule techniques
• Strong influencing and relationship management skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of an integrated team
• Ability to compile, prepare, and present information to management and customers and communicate and work effectively across multiple disciplines
• Strong sense of follow-up and closure with strict attention to detail and quality
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $81500.00 - $151300.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
