IN THIS ROLE:

• You will support the FBM Program by providing for a flawless FBM experience to new and existing FBM employees. 

• You will be essential to instilling FBM culture across sites through morale opportunities, development and mission connection.

• You will create and update business rhythm calendars and meeting notices, create organized folders in Livelink, and assist with chart-review wall walks.

• You will make arrangements for meetings encompassing all meeting logistics both locally and at remote locations.

• You will handle & coordinate precise/seamless customer and other high level visits/tours.

•You may prepare budgeting, project scheduling, and statistical reports as needed.

This position has frequent interactions with high-level Lockheed Martin and U.S. Navy executives ensuring effective Program protocol

Basic Qualifications

• Associate degree and/or equivalent experience in Program Management, Communications, Business, or related discipline.
• Experience in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook) to include the creation and manipulation of data.
• Basic project management skills - outline timelines, status achievements, identify landmarks etc.
• Experience in planning and organizing large meetings/events.
• Experience as office manager, legal assistant or other office administration functions, etc.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance, thus US Citizenship is required.

 

Desired Skills

• Experience in Business Rhythm creation and management experience
• Demonstrated strong commitment to mission success and ability to work in a collaborative, team environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge/experience with the FBM program.
• Knowledge and experience with use of Livelink, Teams and SharePoint.

 

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $79300.00 - $147300.00

  • Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
  • For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
