Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.

Long Description

Oversees and manages completion of identified actions on data requests, departmental activities and/or projects, as assigned, supporting the enterprise MFC facilities organization. This position reports directly to the MFC Facilities Director and requires exceptional discretion and the highest level of confidentiality. The action officer will serve as the liaison for enterprise employee engagement activities (All Hands preparation, direct report tag ups, coordinating formal/informal rewards and recognition, holiday events, all levels of director employee meetings, employee skip levels, employee service awards, etc.), tracking to completion training completions/past dues, developing internal and coordinating external communications, VP/Corporate actions and requests, Facilities Excellence Awards, and preparing direct report staff meeting agenda and charts. Will support the facilities enterprise performance lead as needed.

Demonstrating ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives in fast-paced environments.

Highly effective verbal and written communication skills

Ability to communicate and interact professionally with employees at various organizational levels and professions.

Project Management skills

Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)

Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)

Desired Skills

Experience working in LM Buildings/Maximo modules utilized by facilities

Insight into the operations of a facilities organization

Ability to develop effective solutions for problem solving

Full-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00
