You will be the Facilities Projects Rep Staff for the Facilities Projects Team. Our team is responsible for overseeing facility space planning, equipment maintenance, project execution, and budget management.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Facilities Projects Rep Staff you will be responsible for planning utilization of space and facilities, directing and managing equipment and machinery maintenance projects, negotiating contracts and managing budgets, acting as primary contact for project activities, and coordinating work of assigned employees.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Plan utilization of space and facilities to ensure organizational efficiency.
- Direct and manage all phases of equipment and machinery maintenance and facility modification projects.
- Negotiate contracts, establish budgets, and manage financial terms.
- Lead project reviews of cost, schedule, and technical performance.
- Coordinate work of employees assigned to projects.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience meeting daily dynamic work schedule modifications
- Proven ability to work with multiple customers to achieve a mutually beneficial outcome.
- Able to make necessary schedule & resource adjustments (such as work order planning, scheduling and coordination, etc.).
- Ability to obtain a US DOD Secret Clearance.
Desired Skills
- 10 or more years of related experience with a bachelor's degree OR eight or more years with a Master's degree
- Capital Planning experience and prioritization of projects.
- Minimum 5 years facilities project management experience working with multiple tenants including an industrial customer.
- Minimum 5 years facilities operations & maintenance, repair, and/or construction
- Excellent communication skills; oral and written
- Project Management Professional and/or Certified Facility Manager (CFM) certification
- Understanding of LEAN principles; Greenbelt or Blackbelt Certification
- LM Building/TRIRIGA knowledge
- Ability to prioritize projects among multiple customers
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
