Standard Job Description
The Functional Manager will be responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work deployment, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. A Functional Manager will play a very important role within the business by continuously striving to achieve excellence and providing ongoing support and encouragement to all members of their team. Required Skills: Responsible for the deployment, performance management and development of staff in their functional areas along with the processes used within their element of the business.
Basic Qualifications
Candidate must have an active Top Secret Clearance
Candidate must have a background in SOF for 8+ years and must have supported adjacent and subordinate specialized SOF units.
Candidate must be willing to travel domestic and international.
Desired Skills
Skilled in briefing to personnel, commanders and management staff
Ability to communicate well orally and in writing
Ability to develop presentations and white papers
Have experience with Cost/Control Account Management
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $98700.00 - $183300.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
