The Grow Sustainment (GS) F-22 Proposal Integration Lead will be based in FortWorth, TX, supporting LockheedMartin Aeronautics F-22 Sustainment Operations by managing the full spectrum of sustainment proposal activities. This includes business capture through campaign development, proposal submission, and contract award, while also facilitating post award program transition through horizontal integration across sustainment capabilities. Acting as the primary liaison among Sustainment Operations, the Integration Office, and Program Management, the role ensures all proposal inputs are accurate, compliant with contractual obligations and statements of work, and delivered on schedule, minimizing errors and rework. The F-22 lead will coordinate closely with Sustainment Capabilities, Business Development, Contracts, Pricing & Estimating, and Program Management teams, develop and maintain metrics and databases of past efforts, and implement robust processes to introduce new technical capabilities into sustainment offerings. Additionally, the position will provide regular status and metrics reporting to Sustainment leadership and maintain comprehensive knowledge of current and prospective F 22 sustainment contracts to support informed decision making and future business estimation. The F-22 lead shall also be responsible for continuous improvement and standard work within the LOB and across the Sustainment Operations Services enterprise.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience
  • Proven project management skillset
  • Familiarity with sustainment core competencies such as Supply Operations and Logistics, Field Operations, Mods, Upgrades, and Overhaul (MUO), Technical Pubs, and/or Sustainment Engineering.
  • Experience with proposal process requirements such as Request for Proposal (RFP), Basis of Estimate (BOE), technical documents, contracts, and/or negotiations.
  • Ability to foster partnerships across multiple functions and stakeholders, and leverage integration skills to yield results.

Desired Skills

  • Masters degree from an accredited college in a related discipline
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management and planning skills, along with high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to capture and translate data using business management tools.
  • Ability to work proactively to accomplish objectives
  • Knowledge of Supply Operations, Logistics and/or Sustainment elements.
  • Knowledge Defense contracting methods.
  • Prior experience in proposal management is a plus.
  • US military service and/or experience in the aviation industry a plus.
  • Knowledge and use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools a plus
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint a plus
  • Lean/Six Sigma training and/or certification a plus
  • F-22 experience a plus

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00
