WHAT WE'RE DOING
We deliver innovative, time-critical, SME-level technical expertise to the C4ISR family of fielded ground systems that support our customers in the field. Our Field Engineers provide technical support to operations forward environments and sustain and maintain the infrastructure and integration activities for our delivered C2 Ground Systems.
THE WORK
In this critical role, you will:
• Provide SME level field systems administration expertise to the sustained operations and maintenance of the fielded ground systems.
• Join the Fielded Systems Engineering team as a Field Service Representative (FSR) responsible for the day to day maintenance, trouble shooting, fault isolation, and analysis of complex computer and communications equipment supplied to our customers.
• Perform system administration functions on a variety of systems to include physical and virtual; troubleshoot and resolve interoperability issues; troubleshoot and resolve user issues; implement security patches and updates as the need arises; handle group policy objects and domain controllers; implement change packages, and participate in new installations, testing, and special projects.
• Display strong interpersonal, written and communication skills. These skills should include an emphasis on customer facing communications and will require an aptitude to verbally dialogue sophisticated system changes to all levels of technical acuity.
• Display familiarity with the use of engineering drawings, schematics, specifications, technical guides and manufacturers' manuals.

You will be a member of a mission-critical field engineering team working on a high operations tempo program that serves our customers at a remote site in CA.
We have factory engineering support for our fielded products out of our Lockheed Martin RMS - C2 Ground Team located in Littleton, CO.

Basic Qualifications
• Current / Active Top Secret Security Clearance.
• Current/valid CompTIA Security + Certification or equivalent certification for DoD IAT Level 2 Requirement.
• Computer systems administration. (Tier 1-2)
• Operating system (OS) administration (Linux, Windows Server, Windows Client).
• Software Integration.
• System patching and software/firmware updates.
• Network (Switching and Routing) principles and applications.
Desired Skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues with computer/network systems
• Identification, diagnosis and troubleshooting steps to resolve complex system problems
• Advanced knowledge on Solaris 11 and Red Hat 7/8 SE Linux Operating systems
• Experience working TMAN administrative configuration functions
• SAP Program experience preferred
• AWS Cloud infrastructure and containerization experience
• Remote Field Engineering and factory reach-back support.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $118000.00 - $219100.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
