Standard Job Description
You will be the Financial Management Asc Mgr for the Non‑Kinetic Air Defense (NKAD) Program – Integrated Air & Missile Defense Advanced Programs (IAMD‑AP) team. Our team is responsible for financial planning, budgeting, analysis, reporting, and compliance for a strategically important defense portfolio.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Financial Management Asc Mgr you will be responsible for leading a group of analysts and delivering accurate, actionable financial insight across the NKAD program lifecycle.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Perform financial analysis, variance analysis, and risk‑opportunity assessments to guide program decisions.
- Develop and maintain performance‑management budgeting and forecasting models, integrating data from multiple finance functions.
- Consolidate financial results (orders, sales, EBIT, cash, ROIC, overhead, discretionary funding) for monthly, quarterly, and year‑end reporting.
- Maintain compliance with FAR, CAS, SEC, and US GAAP policies, procedures, and controls.
- Provide subject‑matter expertise for proposal development, basis of estimate, and negotiations.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position requires selected candidate to possess ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications
Team leadership experience and/or leadership training (e.g. leadership development programs)
Familiarity with CSR & LRP planning and/or management
Experience in Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical, and presentation skills
Aptitude to facilitate results, self-starter attitude, & problem solver
Microsoft office suite skills
Desired Skills
Knowledge of EVMS business rhythms
Program Area Orders / Sales / Profit / Cash management
Knowledge of financial business rhythms (monthly / quarterly forecasting)
Experience managing subordinates. Practiced Leadership skills in an L-coded position.
Management of defense programs and associated cost tools and analysis.
SAP experience, COBRA experience, Oracle experience
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $89100.00 - $165500.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
