Take advantage of this opportunity to support a large standalone program at Lockheed Martin's legendary Skunk Works division. We are looking for an Associate Manager to lead a dedicated team of finance analysts within the program's broader Program Finance team. In this role, you will be the focal point for Material Earned Value Management, responsible for shaping and maintaining the performance‑measurement baseline, conducting variance and EAC analyses, and steering the Grouping‑Pegging‑Distribution (GPD) strategy that aligns material supply with program demand. Your team will provide the financial insight and reconciliation needed to keep material costs, schedules, and risk indicators transparent and under control, directly supporting senior leadership and ensuring the program stays on track. Candidates should have a demonstrated leadership abilities, proficient understanding of Earned Value Management, material cost accounting, and GPD.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years professional work experience
  • Work experience in Earned Value Management
  • Experience using SAP enterprise resource planning software

Desired Skills

  • MBA or 2+ years of leadership experience
  • Experience with material cost management 
  • Familiarity with Grouping, Pegging, & Distribution (GPD)

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $100200.00 - $186200.00
