You will be the Financial Mgmt Sr, joining the Strigo Product Center team to drive financial performance and support the development of advanced SPC solutions. Our team is responsible for delivering exceptional financial management and analysis to drive business growth and success.
Will include some or all of the responsibilities as defined. Performs financial analysis, establishes performance management budgeting, and forecasting activities to include variance analysis, trend identification, workforce planning drivers, risk and opportunities assessment and development of mitigation plans. Integrates information from multiple financial systems, processes and functions in order to consolidate the data forensics into actionable business solution recommendations. Timely and accurately consolidates financial results.
What will you be doing?
As the Financial Mgmt Sr, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and guidance to program managers, IPT Leads, and senior leadership to drive financial performance and support strategic decision-making.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Consolidating financials across Business Areas to provide a comprehensive view of financial performance
- Developing and managing budgets for multiple programs within the Product Center and tracking programmatic funding requirements
- Providing financial analysis and guidance to program managers, IPT Leads, and senior leadership to inform business decisions
- Managing and tracking Earned Value Management (EVM) implementation and tailored program performance in accordance with CPS-026 for Common Scope
- Assisting in the management of first adaptors DFARs EV requirement (IPT to program) and developing business cases for new initiatives
- Providing guidance in funding forecasts and variance analysis, leading the monthly submittal of EPRS, and assisting with proposal development and preparation of Basis of Estimates (BOE's) as needed
- Preparing and presenting in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Coordinating monthly diagnostics and preparing presentations for upper management and customers on a weekly and monthly basis

Basic Qualifications

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $72500.00 - $134600.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
