The 1LMX Aero Plan to Perform (PLP) Value Stream Business Area Representative (VSBAR) is a hybrid role requiring both business and technical acumen to support the PLP value stream and the 1LMX Release 4 Go-Live. As part of LM’s overall strategic 1LMX initiative, this position will play a significant role in evolving our capabilities and reshaping our operations.
Plan to Perform Value Stream Product Teams Include:
1) Sales and Revenue Planning (LRP) and Contract Status Reports (CSR)
2) Forward Pricing, Indirect Budgets and Incurred Cost Claim
3) Establish Program / Project Structure
4) Program Performance Management (PPM)
5) Manufacturing EV (MEV)
The VSBAR role includes but is not limited to the following:
- Leads the Plan to Perform value stream for Aero through Build/Implementation
- Process knowledge with an ability to gain an understanding of requirements, pain points, integration points, etc. of BA business processes
- Ability to foster cross-functional collaboration across Enterprise Performance, F&BO and IT to meet both tactical and strategic objectives
- Engages with other value stream leads, subject matter experts and 1LMX program management to report status and escalate risks/issues in a way that promotes quick resolution
- Empowered to make timely lower-level decisions
- Driving all Functional Specifications to finalization
- Testing (Functional Unit Test, String Test, Integration Test, test script writing, organization/ coordination, status tracking and defect resolution)
- Defining Business Process and Business Roles
- Defining and creating End User Training
- Executing 1LMX Planning and Status Tasks
Other duties will be assigned as required to support the organization. The ability to effectively manage multiple assignments is required.
Basic Qualifications
- Experience with LRP, CSR, and other planning processes
- Experience thinking strategically and designing new processes and ways of working
- Professional written and verbal communications experience
- Experience coordinating and driving projects forward with a variety of stakeholders
- Experience communicating and collaborating across diverse teams
Desired Skills
- Experience in financial project leadership
- Experience with 1LMX
- Graduate of LDP
- Extensive knowledge of FP&A processes, data structures, systems, procedures, and requirements
- EVM and Planning systems (Hyperion) knowledge
- Energized to maximize value into the way we execute future business
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects with a diverse set of stakeholders
- Ability to drive stakeholder engagement and support
- Ability to effectively lead teams through change and foster cross-functional collaboration
- Detail-oriented, organized
- Finance experience in previous Aero programs
Pay Information
GeoZone Definition: GeoZones are geographic groupings created by Lockheed Martin to align compensation ranges with regional labor markets and cost-of-labor differences across the United States. Locations are assigned a Geo Zone based on the primary work location of the role.
- Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 1): $111400.00 - $206800.00
- Includes metropolitan areas such as Sunnyvale CA; Pal Alto, CA; New York City metropolitan area; Newark, New Jersey; etc.
- Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 2): $100200.00 - $186200.00
- Includes metropolitan areas such as Denver, CO; King of Prussia, PA; Stratford, CT; Moorestown, NJ; etc.
- Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 3): $89100.00 - $165500.00
- Includes metropolitan areas such as Dallas–Fort Worth, TX; Orlando, FL; Grand Prairie, TX; Marietta, GA; etc.
- Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 4): $80200.00 - $149000.00
- Includes metropolitan areas such as Camden, AR; Lexington, KY; Ocala, FL; Lufkin, TX; etc.

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
