Standard Job Description
Supervises the interior completion of aircraft to include sub-assemblies, avionics, mechanics, and aircraft production sites. Ensures customer, engineering, and FAA specifications and regulations are met. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.

Basic Qualifications
• Aircraft maintenance, manufacturing, &/or production experience.
• Experience with the following: (fabrication, structures, mech assembly, electrical &/or systems integration)
• Experience with business metrics to drive performance (safety, quality, schedule, cost)
• Active clearance required to apply with an active investigation with the last 5 years AND the ability to obtain and maintain special program access per business requirements
• Previous Lead/supervisor
Desired Skills
• EVMS management experience
• 5+ years manufacturing experience or equivalent education
• Experience with Manufacturing start up
• Manufacturing Leadership
• Technical Degree
• Lean Mfg Exposure and Deployment
• Structure Assembly Background
• Ability to obtain Top Secret Clearance
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $81500.00 - $151300.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
