Standard Job Description

You will be the Completion Supervisor - Level 3 for the F‑16 Production Completion team which is responsible for overseeing interior completion of F‑16V Block 70 aircraft.

As the Completion Supervisor - Level 3 you will be responsible for leading the integration of sub‑assemblies, avionics, and mechanical systems while ensuring safety, quality, cost, and schedule objectives are met.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead a skilled team to achieve safety, quality, cost, and schedule targets for interior completion.
  • Ensure compliance with customer requirements, engineering specifications, and FAA regulations.
  • Manage workforce planning – hiring, training, performance evaluations, and work assignments.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve challenges and optimize workflow.
  • Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives and foster a culture of accountability.

This position is in Greenville, SC Discover Greenville.

Supervises the interior completion of aircraft to include sub-assemblies, avionics, mechanics, and aircraft production sites. Ensures customer, engineering, and FAA specifications and regulations are met. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in Aviation Production, Maintenance, Modification, Repair or Overhaul (MMRO) Operations.
  • Experience leading a team to meet critical schedules, resolve complex and/or time sensitive technical or operational issues.
  • Experience reading and interpreting blueprints.
  • Experience interacting with internal/external customers.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Desired Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college
  • Experience with multi-tasking, organizing and prioritizing assignments.
  • Conceptual knowledge of Focused Leader Engagement Management Systems (FLEMOS)
  • Previously awarded an Air Force, Marine, or Navy 7 level discipline skill level rating or possess equivalent civilian experience with associated credential such as an licensed FAA “Airframe and Power" plant or Inspector Airframe license.
  • Recent fighter aircraft experience
  • Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience.
  • SAP experience is a plus.
  • Experience in Lean Manufacturing or processes.

Pay Information
 
Pay rate for this position is $72500.00 - $134600.00 per hour.

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
