You will be the 3DExperience Product Manager - Level 5 for the Aeronautics Digital Transformation team which is responsible for delivering innovative 3DX product capabilities.


What You Will Be Doing
As the 3DExperience Product Manager - Level 5 you will be responsible for guiding cross‑functional teams to develop and deliver new 3DX products that meet customer needs.
Your responsibilities will include:Act as the internal voice of functional/program customers within the Agile Release Train.Prioritize and manage the program backlog, ensuring a steady flow of ready features.Lead PI Planning and Pre‑PI events to align teams and drive outcomes.Partner with System Architect/Engineering to define technical scope and sequencing.Facilitate demos, Inspect & Adapt sessions, and maintain clear stakeholder communication.

Further Information About This Opportunity
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems, and information technology related responsibilities including design, development, and analysis of computer systems or programs based on and related to user or system design specifications; applying systems analysis techniques and procedures, including consulting with users to determine hardware, software, or system functional specifications. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications. For positions that do not perform IT responsibilities, use E146, Systems Engineer.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience working in an Agile/SAFe environment
• Proven experience working across functions and
• Programs to deliver results

Desired Skills

• Certified in SAFe a plus
• Experience as a Solution Train Engineer, Release Train Engineer, Solution Train Manager, or Product Owner/Product Manager desired
• Experience leading complex IT Systems Integration efforts
• Business Process Reengineering experience desired
• Experience managing across organizational boundaries
• Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Systems, Manufacturing Engineering Systems (MES), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems
• Experience working with Siemens Xcelerator platform a plus
• Strong Business Analysis Skillset
• Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate effectively to executives as well as to teams and individual contributors

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $129000.00 - $239600.00

  • For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
