This role directly supports the Vice President of Aeronautics Global Sustainment and Vice-President, Aeronautics Global Sustainment Operations Management and plays a vital part in ensuring their day-to-day operations run with focus, precision, and impact. In a fast-paced and highly sensitive environment, the Executive Administrator must demonstrate exceptional discretion, professionalism, and a forward-thinking mindset. Coordination with other executive leadership team is required.
 
The ideal candidate brings both organizational excellence and strong technical fluency, managing calendars, meetings, and travel logistics with a high degree of independence and care. Responsibilities include preparing briefing materials, coordinating domestic and international travel, organizing internal documents, and navigating shifting priorities with confidence. Working collaboratively across functions and with other executive administrators is essential, as is the ability to maintain momentum behind the scenes while keeping critical details on track.
 
Beyond traditional administrative support, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to a more modern, efficient way of working. Familiarity with Lockheed Martin tools such as SharePoint, CONCUR, and Microsoft Teams is valuable, and a willingness to learn and apply developing technologies—including Artificial Intelligence—will help streamline processes and elevate productivity.

Basic Qualifications


Proven experience providing executive-level administrative support in a high-paced, professional environment and interface with executives.
 
Must possess the ability to work in a high volume, fast paced and dynamic environment; multi-tasking, prioritization and initiative are required
 
Must have excellent computer skills, including high skill level in Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, and with LM Systems used in this position.
 
Experience managing complex calendars, coordinate domestic and international travel, support events and meetings, and process expense reports.
 
Candidate must have strong communication/interpersonal skills to effectively interact with executives as well as experience using Live link, Sharepoint, Teams chat, and Meeting/Video Teleconferencing

Familiarity with or willingness to adopt AI-based tools to enhance scheduling, document preparation, and administrative workflows.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $72400.00 - $134400.00
