You will be the Aeronautical Engineer for the Aeronautics team which is responsible for delivering cutting‑edge airframe solutions.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Aeronautical Engineer you will be responsible for leading durability and damage‑tolerance analyses that ensure our aircraft meet rigorous service‑life requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conduct fatigue and fracture analyses to certify airframe structural integrity.
  • Provide structural analysis data to support fleet life‑cycle management.
  • Utilize crack initiation and growth tools for design sizing, drawing review, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate analysis results into program decisions.
  • Maintain compliance with government security requirements and documentation standards.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aeronautical, or Aerospace Engineering; Civil Engineers will also be considered

1 year of relevant experience OR a Master's Degree in the fields listed above

Desired Skills

- Experience with programming languages such as MatLab, VBA, Visual Studio, or Python
- Experience with CAD or CAE applications
- Previous internship/co-op experience within the Aerospace industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative and team-based environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $70500.00 - $130900.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
