You will be the Applications Engineer - Level 2 for the Applications Engineering team which is responsible for gathering product capability information, analyzing customer requirements, and shaping solution proposals.

 

What You Will Be Doing
As the Applications Engineer - Level 2 you will be responsible for translating technical product knowledge into actionable solutions for customers and the sales organization.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Gather and assess detailed information on company products and competing equipment to understand capabilities and limitations.
  • Analyze customer problem statements and recommend system designs that meet their operational needs.
  • Stay current on hardware and software advancements to ensure solution recommendations reflect the latest technology.
  • Prepare equipment analyses and technical briefings that empower the sales force and inform customers about product performance.
  • Develop and, when appropriate, present sales proposals that clearly articulate value and technical fit.

Who You Are
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field and has proven experience in technical product analysis and solution design. You are adept at communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences, possess strong analytical skills, and stay abreast of emerging hardware and software trends. Your collaborative style enables you to work closely with sales, product development, and customers to deliver tailored solutions.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $70500.00 - $130900.00

  • For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
