What You Will Be Doing
As the Cost Account Manager (CAM) you will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, driving data analytics initiatives, and supporting the Flight Operations team’s test and production missions.

Your responsibilities will include:

Establish program budget baselines.
Develop monthly ETC and monitor Earned Value health metrics.
Monitor cost and schedule performance throughout the lifecycle of contractual tasks.
Define analytics and analysis requirements for tools and processes.
Lead the team in applying innovative analysis methods and techniques.

Further Information About This Opportunity
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.

 

Coordinates planning, organization, control, integration and completion of engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility. Plans and formulates engineering program; reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications. Evaluates and approves design changes, specification and drawing releases. Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (System Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Aeronautical Engineering, Computer/Software Engineering, etc.), Mathematics, or similar STEM field from an accredited college
• Experience working with proposals.
• Experience with budgeting, cost control, and financial management.
• Experience working with Tableau 
• Develop interactive data analytics dashboards to monitor operational performance (Tableau).
• Experience with data analytics
• SECRET security clearance with investigation within the last 5 years

Desired Skills

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other programming languages for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience and/or knowledge of the Systems Engineering Process
• Experienced in scripting (one or more common languages e.g., Python, R, SQL) and data visualization (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong communications skills
• Demonstrated experience in solving complex problems
• Demonstrated ability to take a project concept to successful completion

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
