What You Will Be Doing
As a Customer Deployment Integrator – Level 1, you will play a vital role on the front lines of aircraft sustainment and mission readiness. Embedded within the F-35 Deployment Support Team, you will act as a systems integrator—collaborating across engineering, logistics, and operations to rapidly resolve issues impacting deployed aircraft. Your primary focus will be managing life-cycle sustainment requirements and developing solutions that get grounded aircraft (AOG) back to Full Mission Capable (FMC) status.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in Supply Chain Management, Business or related discipline OR equivalent experience
- Demonstrated experience interpreting technical data and/or delivering data‑driven solutions
- Demonstrated experience with project management (i.e. managing cost, schedule, budget, multiple stakeholders)
Desired Skills
- Direct experience supporting military service operations and interfacing with customer stakeholders.
- Ability to develop, monitor, and report performance metrics, assess risk and produce clear status reports.
- Proven application of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) to optimize processes.
- Experience with SAP or comparable enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to work cooperatively in multidisciplinary teams (e.g., class projects, internships, or entry‑level roles)
- Proactive, self‑directed professional capable of operating independently with minimal supervision
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $58200.00 - $108200.00

- Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
