Responsible for the management of supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on moderate-to-high-risk, modified Commercial Off The Shelf, performance specification and complex build-to-print subcontracts for commercial, DOD and international programs. Leads multifunctional subcontract management teams. Holds procurement delegation and signs supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority.Leads the development of subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services for subcontract systems in support of development, production and global sustainment primes with multiple contract types.Prepares bid packages, conducts bidders' conferences, develops evaluation criteria, analyzes and evaluates proposals, negotiates subcontract provisions including price, selects or recommends subcontractors, writes subcontract packages, prepares awards and administers resulting subcontracts and required change activity.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree required to apply 
  • Experience in either Procurement principles, Supply Chain Management & Contract Managment
  • Experience with DFAR/FAR
  • Microsoft Office/Excel/Powerpoint

Desired Skills

  • Experience with Competitions and Truth in
    Negotiations Act (TINA) Proposals
  • Experience managing international suppliers
  • Experience collaborating and communicating
    cross-functionally, building consensus and
    shaping/influencing opinion
  • Experience with Engineering Change Notices
  • Strong organizational and time management
    skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet
    deadlines

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $89100.00 - $165500.00

  • For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
