What You Will Be Doing
• Production Scheduling – Create and maintain detailed long-range production schedules, ensuring alignment with operational goals.
• Program Support – Collaborate with the Program Office to fulfill ad-hoc scheduling and planning requests.
• Schedule Simulations & Recovery Plans – Develop schedule scenarios and recovery plans to answer high-level “what-if” factory-wide questions.
• ERP System Maintenance – Maintain and update SAP to ensure accurate data for production scheduling.
• Factory Capacity Planning – Analyze factory capacity and resource allocation to optimize production efficiency or assess increasing factory rates.
• Data Analysis & Performance Metrics – Use data analytics and performance tracking to drive improvements in manufacturing operations.

You are a detail‑oriented planner with a strong background in industrial engineering and production scheduling. You excel at data analysis, performance tracking, and using ERP tools like SAP to drive operational excellence. Your problem‑solving mindset, clear communication, and collaborative spirit enable you to partner effectively across program offices, production operations, and engineering teams.
Further Information About This Opportunity
• MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain required security clearance.
Analyzes and designs sequence of operations and work flow to improve efficiencies in plant and production facilities and equipment layouts; and establishes methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel. May establish or assist in establishing accident prevention measures and may manage training programs for personnel concerning all phases of production operations. Conducts studies pertaining to cost control, cost reduction, inventory control, and production record systems. On the basis of these studies, develops and implements plans and programs for facility modifications and revisions to operating methods. May assist facilities engineers in the planning and design of facilities.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Shop floor production experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience creating and maintaining production build schedules
- Strong data analysis skills, including working with data tables
- Advanced Excel proficiency for data analysis and scheduling
Desired Skills
- Experience integrating production schedules with capacity planning and program requirements.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and analytical/project planning tools.
- Familiarity with data systems and MES tools (SAP, EDW, Business Objects).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to apply Industrial Engineering principles.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, particularly in Production Operations and Program Offices.
- Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Knowledge of Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and Program Planning & Scheduling (PP&S).
- Strong SAP expertise or experience with similar ERP systems.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00

- Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
